We are so happy to announce the release of bus tracking!  EL Tracker's new bus tab includes all the same features as the train tracking, with the same lightweight design that our users love.  This includes favorite stations, widget compatibility, Siri and accessibility features, and most importantly: accurate data drawn directly from the CTA's data.  The buses have also been worked into the integrated map.

Another exciting update is the "Report Ghost Bus" feature.  We hate when we wait twenty minutes for a bus only for that bus to never show up.  We designed a sophisticated algorithm that takes user reports from around the city to flag bus arrivals that are likely to be inaccurate.   As always, we want to make transit more convenient and less frustrating. 

We also listened to user feedback and the live trains and buses on the map have been redesigned to include directional arrows, so you know which direction any bus or train is headed before you ever have to tap on it.

Now, we are continuing to take user feedback and polish our existing features.  We are so grateful to everyone who helped us develop the bus tracking as beta testers, and we would like to thank everyone who waited patiently for bus tracking to be released.  Our next big feature we are working on is Apple Watch integration.  Stay tuned for updates!
